He is a dedicated professional serving our community and his clients for over two decades.

Marilyn is a retired Sheriff’s Office Correctional Captain where she worked for over 32 years in assignments in both Detention Custody and Detention Programs and Services Bureaus.

Raquel Tarasevic is a graduate of Kerman High School and attended Reedley College. She has had 20 years experience in the workers' compensation industry, starting in the industry as a file clerk and working her way up to claims examiner — and most recently, a hearing representative. She has worked for several local insurance companies, handling self-insured employers.

Mike was born and raised in Fresno and attended local schools including Bullard High School, Fresno City College and graduated from CSU Fresno with a degree in Business Administration.  

David, Regional Vice President of Tri Counties Bank, brings 28 years of experience in commercial banking. Currently, David serves as the Regional Vice President of Commercial Banking for Tri Counties Bank. In 2003, David launched the Region when Tri Counties Bank entered the Fresno market.  In his current position, he is responsible for commercial lending, marketing, business development, community involvement, and a local staff of professional bankers.

Richard Caglia is an attorney and the President of Corporate Development for the Caglia Family of Companies, which includes Electric Motor Shop and the Caglia Environmental solid waste and recycling companies. He is responsible for all legal compliance and business expansion, and is the Caglia Family's representative and advocate in political and government affairs.

Steve Forker spent 32 years in banking and information technology in the private sector.
